Vin Yoga

A slow to moderately paced Hatha flow class for all levels, taught by Julie Lucchesi, RYT, at a really nice neighborhood gym with friendly staff.
Fridays 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Kentfield Fitness, 941 Sir Francis Drake Blvd.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:00-2:45 p.m.
An opportunity to recharge with a gentle blend of Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga. $10 per class.

CommuteAsana

Designed for those who work in San Rafael but live elsewhere. A blend of standing and seated poses designed to put you in a state of relaxed attention. Tuesdays, 5:30 to 6:15pm. $10 per class.

Thursday Flow

A vinyasa flow for all levels. Enliven your creative juices.
Now at 9:00-9:45 a.m.

4 classes for $88. Drop-Ins: $30 per class.
Packages carry a 90-day expiration date. No refunds on packages.

Tuesday Ease

Transition from your day into night with gentle yoga. If you are completely new to yoga and really want to just bliss out, this is your class!
6:30-8:00 p.m.

Thursday Ease

A gentle practice of yin, restorative yoga and meditation.
7:00-8:30 p.m.
